Both heat and moisture degrade LSD. While it will technically work as it is soluble in water, it's not ideal and again, the heat (and possibly the high salt content, but I don't know enough about its pharmacology to say for sure) will fuck it up. Chances are the water you use for the noodles will also work against it: LSD is sensitive to both oxygen and chlorine, both of which exist in water (unless you live somewhere chlorine isn't used, but it's common for purification).

Just stick it under your tongue for 20 minutes and swallow the tab so your stomach absorbs the remaining quantity.

Wait 15-20 minutes after swallowing and then cook up and enjoy your noodles to allow the swallowed tab to get mostly absorbed before noodles fill you up. This is important because noodles take a real fucking long time to breakdown (pic related).

If for some reason you wanted to take it by drinking it, let a tab soak in a shot of vodka or other high alcohol liquor and enjoy it that way. Only use 1 tab at a time unless you really know what you're doing, so you don't accidentally create extremely potentated LSD vodka and end up killing yourself, getting arrested or being put in a high security psychiatric hospital.
