Never had Cici's but it can't be worse than Pizza Hut, their overly sweet low end frozen dough is pure garbage. It's not even cheap anymore, the nostalgia factor is the only thing that keeps people ordering there.

Cicis is Chuck E Cheese tier. It's a pizza buffet of various pizzas drying out under heatlamps. I'm not sure if it's all of them, but the one I went to was definitely aimed at kids - there were a bunch of kid sized long tables set up in front of two tvs playing cartoons. Seems like the kind of place soulless goylems drop off their spawn for an hour or two while they go to Walmart

Chuck E Cheese actually makes their pizzas to order. It doesn't compare to shit like Cicis.

I had to go to one a few months ago for my nephew's birthday and I wasn't ready for the pizza to be actually decent. I looked it up afterwards and apparently they make their shit daily. I have no idea why a place like that would because I doubt the average 6 year old gives a shit, but I appreciated it.
