I like propane, so I do need more.
But not much more.

Welcome friend. I can get down with some propane but rock the Dr Dre grill. By "more" I meant a thermometer which only consoomers use with charcoal.

I need literally nothing more. weber kettle is like the swingline stapler. sure, you could invent something automatic and fancier, but there’s no need. the weber can grill, smoke, whatever you want! I have the slow n sear insert to help with both bbq and high heat big steak searing. you could also get an insert for pizza oven cooking, or put a wok on it if you have the right grate. god I love weber kettles so much bros

bretty based, ive found a newfound love for charcoal over the last few years. have you taken the looftlighter + charcoal chimney pill yet? no need for firestarters, lighter fluid, paper stuffed in the bottom. the looftlighter will get up to 1200 degrees F in seconds. takes me about 3 minutes to light a full chimney

This is literally and unironically lemon pepper chicken
It was marinated in lemon juice and olive oil. I often do yogurt but only dumb retard faggots would marinate skin on, bone in chicken thighs in yogurt

I haven't tried pizza yet, but I did tacos al pastor and the lamb leg and it has been great. Dimensions are a little chinesey, watch it closely because you need to time the wingnut not to collide with a bolt on the body section
I'm thinking of making friends so that I can buy a second grill grate and put it on top. It also comes with a set of spacers so you could theoretically do 3 full grates. The rotisserie would do 3 chickens or two turkeys or like 7 pork butts. Here's a shawarma on homemade pita (not grilled)
