I don't like that they got rid of half their best selling items, raised the prices on the value menu so that the idea of getting anything for a dollar is a distant memory, only occasionally bring back the most meme items at 3X the price, got rid of the $5 box, removed the option to get your burritos grilled on the app...and you know what they did now? They changed the reward items. One of the only things they still had that made it worthwhile once in blue moon was knowing you could get a free nachos bell grande every few visits, and now that's gone too. It's nothing but "dollar" menu items and the junk nobody cares about like fucking chalupas.
