At Aldi and Lidl in Italy, there are some sausages, salame and burgers, cheap made goyslop. Im into that.
Or some fries, chicken nuggets, wings and onion rings from Burger King with some mexican salsa.
I wish I could eat some kebab or pizza, but its all shite and expensive in my area.

pretty much just pizza
I'm a vegetarian, so the amount of unhealthy fast food I can have is...pretty limited
A&W does a decent beyond burger but it's not the same as an entire box of greasy cheese

oh but yeah my go-to is the extra cheesey alfredo from papa john's, usually get it with extra garlic butter so every bite is even worse for me

Two McDoubles.
No fries or anything. Something about the baseline McDonalds burgers just hits right.

This. If I ate this at noon, I'd still have enough of an appetite to handle the whole chicken marinating in Mountain Dew and Cheeto crumbles in my fridge by six that night.

Chocolate chip muffins from the grocery store. I grab these way too often they're just too good. I eat like 2 of them per day while they're in my vicinity.

>> No.19346582

a tin of mackerel.
idk how unhealthy it is, but I always feel like I'm doing something wrong just eating it straight out of the tin as I do, no bread or crackers or anything. Just tinned mackerel in one hand and a fork in the other.

i get nearly expired bacon at a steep discount and throw it in my freezer. sometimes when i am feeling particularly anaemic and unwell i thaw a pound of bacon, dredge each slice in louisiana hotsauce, bake them on a wire rack and eat a pound of crispy tangy hotsauce bacon. it makes good sandwiches too

what you should do
>cut each bacon strip in half
>cook it about halfway
>get slices of bread, cut in half
>some american cheese, also halved
>put on a baking tray: bread with cheese then bacon on top
>broil until the cheese melts
>dip in whatever you want
fucking amazing snack and doesn't take much

If I'm going out, taco bell, or a real Mexican food truck if I'm in the right area. Living in Thailand for a bit so I can get amazing grilled pork on the street with some sticky rice, that's fantastic every time. At home, I'll just whip up a quick pasta with extra cheese. A basic aglio e olio can become super decadent when you add some mascarpone and extra parmigiano.

that entire tray would have been an appetizer for me, for one meal. I'm being 100% serious. i would grab that amount of food for myself on the way to the restaurant for dinner, eat it before i got there. and proceed to eat 2-3x as much food for the main course at the sit down restaurant. and then probably grab dessert on the way home.

i used to be over 500 lb's and im just under 7' tall
