We all know tinned fish is a great healthy snack. But what's better? Herring or Sardines? I'm a Polar Kipper Snacks man myself but I occasionally chow down on a few tins of GV sardines in water. Is one better than the other?

Why would you not want the ones in water? Wouldn't the oil ones be so much greasier and slimy? Keep it simple of just water and fish

>he eats fish canned in water
Very sad, many such cases.

The water canned ones are always cheaper...

polar brand kipper snacks are S tier.
I also really enjoy their salmon filet.

What's the point of having all of those? Are you gonna eat them all or just have them all on display? It's odd to buy food you won't eat, though a bit less odd if it's trying to get 'one of each'. Still, if you are gonna eat them, why get one of each and not a ton of a couple types? It confuses me greatly

Of course they are for eating, just for special occasions, I like them on picnics.
Imagine them as the cured meats of the canned fish world.

Hmmm makes sense

What does octopus and squid taste like? I'd imagine them to be tough

They are both pretty good, the cheaper ones are definitely chewy but the nicer ones taste and feel really good to eat.
>>19336586
Wild fish cannery makes smoked tinned salmon that's pretty good.

>> No.19336643

>>19336586
Yeah. All the major brands Bumble Bee / Chicken of the Sea / Polar make tinned smoked salmon plus there are a metric fuck ton of small local canneries you can buy from but i just buy the cheaper shit if i'm making salmon dip or whatever. The good stuff is really expensive, it's a rare treat.
