As far as cheap grocery store hot sauces go, Cholula for Mexican, Frank's for general American foods, Sriracha for asian foods. I'm sure there are better versions of these hot sauces out there, but those flavors cover pretty much everything.

Tabasco Scorpion is my favorite overall, but I really also enjoy Mad Dog 357 Gold I just have to be careful with it because it can fuck my shit up if I get too cocky.

In general, though, it depends on what I'm eating. A sauce that's great on pizza might not be the same sauce I reach for for some tendies.
