Green tea. Get a pitcher. Get a pot. Boil a bunch of tea bags. Let it steep. Remove the tea bags.

Let the tea cool down. Put it in the pitcher. Add lemon juice. Drink the green tea cold.

1) What's unhealthy about energy drinks. You can get sugar-free ones.
2) Coffee and/or tea.

Matcha. Tastes great, is good for you, and comes with L-Theanine so you get into that flow state without the jitters.

Most "matcha" on the market is shit, and the good stuff is pricy. Still, the effect you get from it is unlike any other caffeinated drink, and you're right that it's damn tasty.

Energy drinks aren't even that unhealthy except for sugar but if you want "healthier" alternative try getting one of those effervescent tablets with caffeine in it, it hits the same spot for me as a sip and it's much cheaper.

Black coffee and plain tea.

I read s long time ago that double brewed coffee was a thing around the late 90's and early 00's. You brew a pot, pour the coffee into the water reservoir, and brew it again through fresh grounds.

The are a bunch of health energy drink brands but I've never bothered with them since I only have energy drinks occasionally so when I do buy one I want it to taste good/ I don't care that much how unhealthy it is.

Matcha doesn't feel anything like other green teas though. Even gyokuro, which is also high in both caffeine and theanine, doesn't feel similar, at least to me.

Why not just cold brew green tea leaves? Put them into the fridge overnight and in the morning siphon the leaves out (or use a big french press as the jug)

There are caffeinated sparkling waters you could try, OP. No sugar or artificial sweeteners, but you still get the caffeine, b vitamins, ginseng, and other stuff. Hiball has some decent ones.

Caffeine tolerance is genetic. Our livers filter a certain percentage of it completely useless, what that percentage is is up to genetics. If you have a high caffeine tolerance it is likely you have more Neanderthal genes or are ginger
