It's just a weird low tier of sit down restaurant. The food is okay, mostly probably microwaved stuff or otherwise not cooked really well but is pretty cheap for the amount you get. Tacky boring subdued restaurant decor. It's the kind of restaurant that you would find open at 3AM as part of a big truck stop and not even for breakfast. I have stumbled in there drunk in the middle of the night a few times and had a meal better than fast food and a comfy bench to sit on, that's the only context I will probably ever have to eat there.
