I only just saw it today, I was buying it at Whole Foods before now, I even bought another one the other day for when my current one runs out and the Costco one is like 2 dollars more for double the amount. :anger:

why use nutrient-free calorie spread instead of whole avocado with lime juice?

i don't do that either, because i've yet to see any evidence that i have any specific reason to eat avocado, so i spend the calories otherwise

whole plant foods that have fat in them

there is no need to add extracted fat to anything

oil is a scam to cheat you out of higher cost ingredients

someone who believes there's a right a kind of spreadable oil that will make them healthy is not someone who reads ingredients

these are the same people who buy quinoa/chickpea pasta that's mostly rice flour and higher glycemic than white wheat pasta

it's annoying that it takes so much shelf space away from the simple, obvious, and nutritionally superior whole wheat pasta i'm there to buy, some stores not having any.

OK retard. Is adding a tablespoon of water to a pan before covering to create steam the same as boiling your food?
