Knife and fork is objectively better than chopsticks. I know how to use chopsticks, but everything you eat with chopsticks you can eat with a knife and fork. But you cant eat everything with chopsticks. Asian countries always construct their food in bitesized chunks. You wont find a big steak with potatoes and sauce or anything similar in East Asia. Knife and fork is pure sophistication(except when used by Americans), prove me wrong.
