I recently started working at McD's and it's such an unnecessary nightmare. The other day:
Nobody NOBODY is putting the cheese out to temper, we ran out of quarters, I came in to teflons burnt over with grease because nobody was cleaning grill between drops thus causing the 10:1 patties to stick... people heat up pies in the oven and never come to finish them, any time I need something dropped in the frying vats nobody's back there, I have to put together 20 fucking nugget orders while the teenagers at the landing area just stand there and watch as I simultaneously have to finish 6 sandwiches, the shift leads are screaming and cursing bulldog women and literal speds (hey, me too), I'm getting my balls busted about shit nobody else does either... Not sure how long I can really hang on before I just say fuck it and walk away. It could be all so simple, and yet.
