I've eaten Mexican/Tex-Mex in pretty much every corner of the country and never encountered anything that looked that bad.

I went to a similar sit-down, local chain type place for the first time since covid just a couple months ago and this is what I got. It's nothing mind blowing, but I hope can you tell the difference between this plate of food and this one >>19284851

I always hated going to mexican restaraunts because all of the ingredients are listed in mexican, but luckily every President since Reagan made sure that I had access to the mexican cultural diversity that makes us stronger and wages smaller. Heuvos Rancheros is now my go to breakfast prepared by my beaner wife who got fat and frumpy the moment I came inside her.
