When I first started I kept ending up buying more vape pods or cigarettes because I really wanted the sensation of the drag. But I stuck with it and I guess it's okay, though I'd still go back to normal inhalation in a heartbeat if it was remotely affordable. It can kind of burn against your gum at first, and it'll sort of stick if your mouth isn't wet enough. It's definitely nicotine though, but it's hard to know when I'm satisfied because it's a lot more gradual than just hitting a cig or vape. Much much cheaper though, 6 bucks for a container vs 16-27 bucks for the right cigarettes or vape cartridges.

I smoked as a teen (then until 25 or so) and I can’t believe I used to smoke as much as I did.
Only ever like, a pack every three days (more if I was drinking).
In retrospect it seems like a lot.
Smoking makes me feel like shit now unless I’m in the right mood, so only special occasions and when I drink.
Periques were always my go to, so now I keep a jar of tobacco and some filters around for such occasions.
They are rare.

Most people I work with smoke cigarettes, and American Spirit smells disgusting, like worse than regular cigarette smoke, also the packs are fucking expensive. Davidoff (Gold is the best imo) are still considered premium cigarettes. They have a nice mild taste, tobacco settles at medium strength. I kind enjoy them sometimes between regular (JPS Red) smoking.

The taste of those Davidoff somehow lingers for days in my mouth, and it's feeling nice.

Also, pack and cigarette do look premium and it's clearly not mainstream which for some people might be selling points.

They're a bit longer, you can also buy slim variant or 'magnum' which is considered the full strength variant, but for me those are missing the 'fine, mild' triggering of my tastebuds.
