Pretty much. Red Rooster and Crystal are great. They're not very spicy, but they taste great and they're a good all purpose hot sauce. I love that Yucateca shit everyone shills but it's only suited for certain dishes, whereas you can put Louisiana style hot sauce on anything.

Also Tabasco is disgusting trash that's literally just red vinegar that they've somehow made taste worse than straight white vinegar.

Which hot sauces have seed oils in them? I regularly use Franks regular and Xtra hot as well as Tabasco, which don't have any type of oil in them. However, I bought a bottle of green El Yucateco that has some other additives I didn't like such as sodium benzoate and food coloring. No oils, though.
