I’m on holiday for a few weeks and have one of these cancer nuke machines. Give me some cool shit I can make like really easy in a minute and sheet.

Being a redditor is worse. Do you even do the micro wave?

And it doesn't get "cooked" in a fucking microwave. Grow up, deal with it, put a frozen dinner in a microwave or else don't be so poor that your "holiday" doesn't include a kitchen. Even a 500 dollar a night condo in a nice touristy area will come with a fucking kitchen.

When we were kids my little brother was like some kind of magician (really he was just incredibly lucky I guess)
He once made a brownie in a mug with the microwave that's somehow even got a nice crust and everything. Never could remember how he did it never could repeat it. He also hardboiled an egg once and it came out perfect. The rest of my brothers and I made a lot of messes trying to repeat that one. Had something to do with wrapping it in a paper towel. Never worked for us.

I don't own a microwave now and I feel 20 years younger.

On a ceramic plate layer asparagus between sheets of damp paper towel. Microwave for 4 minutes, perfect asparagus every time. It doesn’t work with any other green because of the geometry, but this is an Alton brown recipe and works bretty good.

The trick to good microwaved food is turn the power down to about 70% and cook it longer, and make sure there's plenty of water.

Your best bet for cooking with a microwave is stuff like baked potatoes/sweet potatoes or steamed vegetables in them. For steamed vegetables, season with salt and top with a wet paper towel. Finishing in a pan with a little fat and your choice of spices will make it more palatable. They also work well for warm cereals, and might even work well for grains like rice in a pinch.

Otherwise, you can try mug recipes, but keep in mind anything you're making is going to steam, so the texture will be quite different than what you'd expect. I have no idea what to recommend to this end, it seems like you're going to have a worse experience with that.
