Hello,
I've acquired a case of this imitation crab destined for Sam's Club and wondering about some recipes I can use this with. I think I got cold seafood salad understood pretty well, but what about hot like the cheesy crab stuff you see at oriental buffets. Feel free to share any tips/recipe you might have. Thanks,

seafood salad: chop it up, add mayo, those tiny celery's cut in small pieces, red onion, bit of lemon juice. capers and dill if you're into those.
if you can afford it then some cut prawns as well.
it's a staple in most fish & chip shops here.
