For years I was confused on why American blue collar ‘tough guy’ types are constantly drinking low alcohol beer until I learned that ‘light’ beer in America a means the same Abv but less calories. In Australia light beer is usually like 2.5% abv

where the heck did ya hear that? not the case. for example budweiser is 5% and bud lite is 4.2%. might not sound like a big difference but it is. same thing with coors
