What are your favorite ways to brighten the taste of pizza –be it store bought/pre-frozen, or delivered?
To my mind, marinara-sauce pizza requires:
- drizzle of honey
- drizzle of Sriracha
For pesto-based sauces i find the best additions are:
- crumbles of feta
- jalapenos
- Kalamata Olives
For both you also gotta over-burn it just a bit, but not so much that it's charred

Hot sauce, blue cheese, red onion, jalapeno, smoked mozarella, and extra oregano or fresh basil can make a big difference too
