OOO, that is a hard choice. I have a large collection of hot sauces and I find it difficult to really pick a best one from among them. But if you are looking for something with an almost unbearable level of heat I would recommend Cholula or green Tabasco. I do try to my other sauces from time to time but some like Sriracha are extremely hot and will be too much for you average person.

Tabasco also has an EXCELLENT scorpion pepper version, far better than any indie scorpion sauce I've tried, remarkably hot for a big brand and super tasty.

My collection is definitely oversized but there are three I recommend to everyone. "Sriracha Panich" is awesome, far more flavorful than the Cock Sauce version, but you have to keep it refrigerated once open and its a bit thinner. The "Red Baron" Indian hot sauce is totally unique, made with hot mustard instead of peps, and compliments or improves on the flavors of plain pepper capcaisin for a ton of dishes. And the "Aka Miso Ghost+Reaper" is simply the hottest sauce you can buy which still has some other flavors besides pain.

100% of my friends and family like their food far less hot than I do, so I also keep a regular and green (jalapeno, milder) Tabasco around for them. Weaklings.

If I could only have two options? Siracha and Tobasco. I love how Tobasco is at any popular restaurant as well.Third favorite are habanero flavored ones because habanero has a unique sweet taste. Tobasco can be mixed into ranch or ketchup as a flavor enhancement for things like fries. As for fast food brand sauce, Wendy's ghost pepper is the best. I pour it on their burgers as I eat them like a taco. Try out the Wendy's thing though for sure, the flavor combination is amazing.

In texas we call soft tacos just a 'taco' for short. Some people put the salsa in there and then wrap it up but I like to apply salsa as I take each bite, it tastes way better that way because the hot sauce hits your tongue first. So I hold it upright and not much stuff falls out. And I felt really autistic explaining all of this btw.

The ingredient list for Dr. Assburns Fire Roasted Habanero is deceivingly simple for all the flavor here: Fire roasted habanero peppers, red wine vinegar, water, salt, xanthan gum, and sorbic acid.

It’s a medium thick sauce with beautiful seeds poking through it’s fire roasted color. The smell of the red wine vinegar will have your mouth watering before you even taste it.
