Usually just immitation crab, cucumbers, avocado, but recently discovered that ahi tuna and salmon are very cheap at Aldis (like $5/lb cheap) and have been making poke bowls. So next time I make sushi I'm going to use them too for the meat. I find rolling can be tricky but not the end of the world if its not pretty (unless you're trying to impress someone)

You have a lot less coffee liquor and I use milk not cream for the top. So they go from a 40 proof to probably a 70 proof, give or take how hard I make it.
