The edges are too sharp for the general shape of the letter. It looks like a parody from an early 2000s ps2 game. Also, it bothers me that it's so tall and looks off-center. The type should be smaller. Make it follow the band's shape too.

Everybody made a lot of noise about visual art being superceded by An/machine learning. It won't. However stuff like designing logos will be dominated by AI in the near future.
Why pay an illustrator/graphic designer to design a logo when you can get AI to do it for a fraction of the cost.

That logo is part of why WWE got in trouble with WWF. They had an agreement that they could use the WWF name, but could only sell merch without the WWF logo outside America. They went on their European tour one and some of the vendors were selling American WWF tshirts, and even bootlegs with that logo. They got caught and had to change name (was also convenient for them cause athletic commissions around the US were getting on the WWF's case for acting as a "Wrestling federation" in the wake of the steroid scandal, now they're an entertainment company.)

This new logo is leaning heavily into the 70s/80s style which is perfectly fine because that was their best and most iconic one.
So when the packaging finally changes over I'll probably start buying it again. Reminds me of my 20s in Fla. in the late 80s.
