The toast wasn't buttered quickly enough and is too light. There's an excessive number of sausages, and bacon plus sausage is for fatties. The hashbrowns are undercooked. There's obscene amounts of pepper on the eggs.

Overall, I give this meal a 2/5, as it's edible but uninspiring. Potential improvements:

>Toast bread longer
>Use a warm, freshly baked bun instead, if you do not like toast that much
>instead of cheap breakfast sausages, use a higher quality link
>instead of doubling up on pork, swap one of the bacon or sausage for something like beans or stewed spinach or some fruit
>up your potato game, either by making a shredded hash or simply cooking your potatoes longer
