Considering getting one of these. I don’t necessarily have the space or maneuverability for the traditional brick dome right now. Price does seem steep though

Without significant thermal mass, temp regulation is a nightmare and you're more likely to end up with uneven baking.

Also be realistic. How often do you have the weather for outdoor baking, can you deal with clearing out the soot and the time it takes to get the oven up to temp? Not to mention preparing the dough.
