I want to try making tartare at home soon, and am going to serve it with some toasted baguette. What other sides should I serve with it, that would be good on the toasted baguette?

Tartare is finely diced. Paring it with giant capers is like putting a tiny sliver of cheese on a ritz cracker. Objectively wrong.
