Why is garlic used all around the world? Name any notable region of cooking, literally any country, state, city, or province, they all use garlic. Of all the ingredients, everyone uses garlic. It’s literally used as much as salt, that’s insane. And garlic is a very strong and pungent ingredient, so how did it end up being used everywhere?

White societies don't like to use it. Us caucasians have special tastebuds that derive pleasure from natural ingredients in their pure form. We need no adulteration in our food. It's because we're the only natural humans. Natural animals are satisfied with encountering the nutrients they need to live and thrive. Their taste is guided by evolution. Alien and artificial beasts need food programmed for their liking.

garlic is the ultimate litmus test for tastelets. any country that doesn't eat a lot of garlic is guaranteed to be culinary garbage. case in point

Garlic isn't used much in Indian or Japanese cooking. It's there but used more like a background spice than an ingredient. They use a lot of onion though, but for most dishes one allium is sufficient. The "whole head per dish" shit is something Amerimutts have to do because they have shitty produce and taste

Garlic is literally used in pretty much every Indian dish in the form of ginger garlic paste. Imagine writing a whole post on a topic you know nothing about.
