Let us have a snack thread.

What is your favorite snack brand or type?

for me it has to be pringles, the pepsi is optional but I must have my pringles every other day.

I'm not trying to be an fart huffing asshole here, but I really don't see the point in eating snacks. Desserts, yes but snacks are just.. unnecessary? If I'm hungry enough to eat something I'd rather just eat "real" food and have a dessert after if I still feel like it.

little point sure but for someone like me that needs to gain weight it's an easier way to eat a lot. I eat normal meals but I can only eat some much at once and it's just easier to have a few handfuls of peanuts or goldfish or something every hour or so. my metabolism is super fast

Doritos
1. spicy sweet chili
2. cool ranch
3. nacho cheese
4. blazing buffalo ranch
5. Not sure it just changes I guess on what I am feeling.

Top 4 are set in stone though for me.

This I don't get. Any food you eat will alter the taste of beer or wine to the point where you might as well be drinking something else entirely. And then you're left with a lingering aroma that coats your tongue for hours on end, any sip of your drink will be an imposing reminder of that.
But then you eat something SWEET with beer? Preposterous.

I love those Asian rice crackers but wish they weren't sold in big bags of individually wrapped (or wrapped in pairs) crackers. It feels wrong to waste that much plastic.
Does any Anon know if a brand of Asian or Asian-tasting rice crackers that aren't packaged like that?

>>19078255There's all kinds of situations. For when your next meal planned, but somehow you're already getting noticeably hungry and you you can't just have the planned meal now. So you eat a snack so you can sate the hunger, but be ready for the next planned meal later.Or even a round trip, out hiking, or some other journey. Again you're hungry, but maybe you want to make some headway first and it will still take some time. Or maybe you don't want to carry a lot of food on you, don't want to carry the items you need to be about to make said meal, and you're going to eat at your next destination or stop. And then of course, some of the snacks are just tasty and there is a desire to eat them.

Cheddar, Red Leicester, red onion, spring onion, mayonnaise and bread. Grate the cheese, finely chop the onions and mix with mayo until you have a thick paste. Spread paste on bread.
Bongland shops sell this as a "cheap snack", but it's so ridiculously easy to make at home.

Man, I get a bit irritated with pimeto cheese now. I used to eat it all the time. Just slap a dollop in a tortilla, roll it up, and go. Everyone said that shit was super gross. Then breaking bad turned it into a meme food and now every dude loves the stuff and thinks eating it will turn them into a "badass" like that Mike character. Probably also grew up eating carrots hoping for xray vision.

i think that the people who don't like it haven't had good ones. there's a surprisingly huge variance in pimento cheese. like pic related, fucking sucks nuts. i found a deli near me that makes a slayer pimento cheese, and it's borderline unbelievable how bad some pimento cheese can be, and just how good some can be.

Im actually more partial to the ones that use a sharper cheese like in your pic(also live in Best Carolina for a bit so I see them palmettos and my dixie pride starts swelling up).

If I were gonna do something like a toated pimento cheese & bacon sandwich, I'd rather use one of the ones that uses the softer cheeses.
