Maybe they don't hire entirely White employees, but it is pretty much the upper crust of fast food chicken: Chick Fil A

People with no skills or ambition work fast food jobs. So you get high school kids and then dregs of society. And sometimes older women after their kids left home. If you go to a location where there are no blacks or Hispanics, then you'll have whites. It has less to do with chains and more to do with what neighborhood you live in.
