>Most Americans consume too much sodium, sugar and saturated fat, according to government survey data.
>Sandwiches — which almost half of Americans eat on any given day — are a primary culprit.

All of these foods are okay in moderation.

You see, the reason people are getting heart attacks is not primarily from high sodium, sugar, or saturated fasts and triglycerides.

It's from stress.

These ingredients in high amounts can cause rises in cortisol, but they aren't the primary culprits.

Lifestyles are often the causes of heart problems, especially in regards to sexualty, as a lot of Americans masturbate often, and this kind of rampant sexuality in the face of pornography, is half the reason why they're stressed as much as they are. I would argue this is a problem overseas as well, as porn is available in many countries, most notably India, and Western Europe.

Many things contribute to stress, but this is the biggest stressor, because masturbating, fornicating, and in some cases, martial sex, actively stress you out, even if it seems like you're not stressed out.

And nobody's doing any in depth research into this in the professional world, which is why it remains a very debated topic, but unrestrained, lust is nonetheless one of the biggest reasons why people are so stressed out and getting heart attacks more often.
