Chef's usually eat like shit. It doesn't mean they don't like food, it's just that the job doesn't really afford them the opportunity to constantly be eating. I've always lost weight when I worked in restaurants or catering. I'm up on my feet for 12-16h, moving quickly and carrying heavy things, usually without much of a break. The only thing I really eat while on catering gigs - partially because of how stressed I get - is the little taste-testers.

I also don't do enough shady shit with my money so as to need someone on retainer to find loopholes and hide evidence. The accountant I go to is Irish; I only need his services for about one week a year to doublecheck that my paperwork won't land me in jail.
