I fry up some flat-ass pork maple sausage patties (I smoosh them with the spatula to flatten them out), then move them to the cool side of the skillet while I plop in two eggs, cooked over soft (low heat, flip once to ensure all white is set and yolk is still intact and liquid). Meanwhile, got an organic English muffin in the toaster. As soon as it pops up, slather with butter, shift the still hot sausage and perfectly cooked egg to the freshly toasted and buttered muffin, and you are now in heaven.
