You can use jarred salsa, if you like. And if you want whole beans instead of refried, do that. Corn or flour tortillas. Lots of room for variation.

I don’t know why thAt old biddy in the video made tostadas with onions. The tortilla in huevos rancheros should be lightly fried not baked hard. Also onions are no.
Typical toppings to huevos rancheros are grated cheese, sour cream, avocado.
