I love this shit. My little town of 500 got one of these in the gas station and I eat there probably twice a week. $8 for 4 tendies and a biscuit, it's so fucking good especially if you're hung over. Cheapest food in town too. Just sucks when it's later in the day and the biscuits aren't fresh because they get rock hard if they sit for a while.

It's an independent restaurant that leases out of large gas stations so that they don't have to build their own real estate locations, the business model is pretty smart because the gas station and the restaurant both benefit each other by attracting customers. I think A&W does this too.

I had it for the first time a few months ago, and yeah, it's supplanted Popeyes for me as the best fast food fried chicken. The breading and spices are great, all the pieces have lots of meat instead of the fried gristle of places like KFC, and the sides are solid.
