on an unrelated note, fry up some bacon while boiling ravioli, take both and add to some creamy base like cream of (insert flavor) or something like that along with some veges, put everything in casserole dish and add cheese on top and bake until cheese is browned and bubly.

Not going to lie to you the chances of the supermarket carrying any kind of mushroom is low
Whenever they have mushrooms nobody buys them and I get to watch them rot every time I go there then mushrooms are off the menu for monts
It's the same thing with jalapenos, I'm the only person who buys them

I think the breast is usually used, but you could do a chicken cordon bleu with a blue cheese dressing. Debone the quarters and fill with ham and mozzarella. Roll in egg wash and bread crumbs and pan fry. Fried squid and cocktail sauce on the side? Fried ravioli and marinara.
