Made a pan pizza last night for my girlfriend and I, turned out pretty good. Quick and easy, used the Belgioso sliced mozzarella because I wanted it to taste fresher. Would tweak the setup a bit next time but for my first homemade dough attempt, I'm happy

I've been making great crusts with Adam Ragusea's guide, but using a can of full-fat beer for the water. I preferer a soft floppy crust, lining the tray in olive oil and its pretty much fried with the rest of the grease.
