I bought two bottles and a garlic one to make it worth the shipping. Still pretty expensive. Figured I'd go through it eventually even if it wasn't any better than normal Tabasco, but I was intrigued by the potential. I haven't found it in any stores yet, but at this point I could order four or five bottles and be set for a year or two. I still don't use a ton of it compared to non-fermented sauces like Marie Sharp's.
