Thinnest pizza I have seen was from Ledo's pizza. Basically pizza on an actual cracker would be thicker. Mod pizza also gets pretty thin too if you choose that option.

I used to hate this shit as a kid because it's what they bought for the perfect attendance pizza parties at school, and I wanted pepperoni Domino's or some kid shit like that. Fucking Nathaniel Greene was a broke ass school and I have no clue why they had the Providence gifted program there. From what I found online, they don't anymore, no clue where it is now.

It started to grow on me in my later teens, but then my family moved halfway across the world, now I really miss it.

There are two styles: wannabe New York style which is just a big doughy mess with a breadstick at the end and wannabe Neapolitan which is just boring. This is Atlanta, a major city with hundreds of pizza joints and not a single one of them serves good thin crust

>> No.18973658

Detroit style is absolutely delicious. Buddy's is solid. I'm partial to Jet's, especially BBQ chicken.

However, I do also really like cracker thin crust, as OP mentioned. I honestly don't know where to get really good thin crust, so maybe I'm an asshole, but Domino's actually has a decent flaky cracker thin crust for a chain. But like I said, I haven't had lots of different ones, so maybe there are way better ones out there I could try.
