>Ingredients:
1 chicken breast, diced
Salt
Pepper
Sriracha
Extra virgin olive oil
Microwaveable rice (I use SunRice Microwave Rice)
Microwaveable vegetables (I use Birds Eye Steamfresh Frozen Beans, Carrot and Broccoli)

>Method:
1. Heat olive oil in pan
2. Add diced chicken breast to pan, cook until browned
3. Season with salt and pepper and squirt some sriracha on it
4. Stir it around until the chicken is evenly coated in sriracha
5. Microwave the veggies for 2 minutes 30
6. Microwave the rice for 80 seconds (even though it says 40, 80 is better)
7. Put the chicken, veggies and rice on a plate
Wa la
Delicious chicken, have been making this since 2019 and I'm still not sick of it. I'm not even a body builder, I just love eating chicken and rice so much and this actually tastes better than any fast food chicken I've ever had. Someone try it and let me know what you think

have you thought of doing it fried rice style? brown the chicken in the pan, take it off, add butter and the frozen veggies (protip you don't have to dethaw you can just pop the fuckers in a pan) and grill until they start to soften, then add your cooked rice and fry for a bit. fry an egg in the middle too because why not. then you add the chicken back along with your sriracha/whatever else you want as sauce and mix it all together, wa la

>>18968054
I have added the veggies and the rice in the pan before, just before the chicken finished cooking, but that sounds good, I'll try that next time I get chicken. I'll make a thread out of it

awesome, I highly recommend the egg too, fried rice always tastes like something is missing without it. Remember to put a little extra butter in the hole you make in the middle when you fry it

Delicious I serve it on two peices of bread with toppings like ketchup mustard, onions or pickles. I've been making this since 2019 and I'm still not sick of it, healthy, and tastes better than any fast food beef I've had. Try it and let me know what you think.
