It looks dry. I prefer liquid cheese. While I'm mostly a vegetarian, I want real meat with burgers, nachos, chili, tacos, etc. Lastly, sour cream. And not a dollop. I'd thin it out with some skim milk and pour it into a squeeze bottle. Every bite should have a bit of sour cream, friend.

The problem with nachos is if you have time to take a pic of them they are already past their best eating point. Cheese immediately starts to harden and cool and there is a very tiny window where the hot and cold ingredients can co exist without ruining it.
I much prefer hot dips, if you really need more you can have a separate bowl with a pico or other toppings you can individually place.

buy better lettuce and use the near the heart so it stays very crisp, just like the sour cream doesn't melt
trick is you gotta hustle and get you plate made up in like 30 seconds and start eat right away, if lollygag and take 5 min putting together you dish the chips will be soggy, the cheese and taco beef will cool, lettuce wilts, sour cream melts and you wind up with a big shitty dish of slop.
thats why i never order nachos at restaurants
