already ate it so no pictures

crazy hungry for the past week, can't seem to get enough to eat every day; so yesterday I pre-cooked 7 lbs of chicken breast cut into strips with a homemade hot pepper spicy BBQ-like sauce, I direct flame the chicken to really attach the sauce and put a lot of color on it in the last step of cooking

on the dry reheat of about half that chicken, it got coated in a light soy sauce+heavy butter mix, which I think actually makes the total sauce combination approach a buffalo sauce, maybe? The heat of the pepper was strongly delayed

I cubed up the chicken strips and cubed this sushi-grade raw tuna that got with a rice vinegar+oil+sugar coat, like a half-assed poke marinade I think, then all was combined with shaved mango(rested for a sec with some lemonlime juice) and some thinly cut mild red onion.
At this point I had lost my mind, and I took a bit of these crunchy air-fryer roasted peas that I had seasoned with a touch of allspice in a previous bout of madness, ground them up by hand, mixed it with creamy goat cheese and a tiny bit of cilantro and spread that on hot streettaco sized tortilla then added all my ingredients. It took 2 and a half bites to eat one of these, I think I ate more than 15. I turned my brain off to eat, a no thoughts no words conversation with God
