I made muffins out of pancake mix once, they turned out really dry and bland.

Now... muffin mix used as pancake batter... holy shit it's amazing 10/10. Moist, thick, so sweet you don't need syrup.

6 dl milk
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoons sugar
225 C for 30-40 min
