The pre-dinner snack.
Eat it or beat it?

>> No.18911560

What's in with the tomatoes and Calamatas?
Either way, I would definitely eat it.
...And to drink?
Would it perhaps be a spicy red carrot juice?

is your living space so dark and devoid of light that you absolutely needed to use the flash function?

Not for a snack, I wouldn't think--unless you are one of those manchildren who need to stuff their face with prefab goyslop that comes in shiny mylar bags full of dynamic colors and wash the cancer down with Watered down corn syrup in a plastic bottle...

not for too long if you keep eating like that--provided its olive oil and not seed oils.

That looks like a more appropriate amount of olives this time... unless you hid them under the rest of it?

The dinner. I hope jannies don't ban me again for posting my cod liver.

A snack is like a cup of yogurt or a few crackers and cheese. Op posted 2/3 of a meal. Just missing protein and no protein would make this “snack” look any less grim

uncooked? frozen not fresh i hope, wild salmon has parasites

>> No.18912530

>>18912514
It's raw. Who cures cooked salmon? And yeah it's not fresh, I live a day away from Alaska. The parasite thing is a meme, I eat raw eggs and meat all the time (except for pork). As long as the animal is not rotting in a warehouse eating corn and soy, then it is unlikely to make you sick.

>> No.18912546

>>18912530
wild salmon is known to be a parasite risk, less so than wild game but still there
commercial freezing practices most likely kills fish parasites (freezing does not kill land parasites)
pork is perfectly fine to eat raw assuming it came from a US farm; don't eat raw boar

>> No.18912592

>>18912546
Yes, the freezing is reliable enough for me to eat it without any worries.
>pork is perfectly fine to eat raw assuming it came from a US farm; don't eat raw boar
I just don't trust commercial pigs to keep their snout away from some rotting meat that they find in their cages. Herbivores are the safest things to eat raw.

For some reason, they taste exactly like the inside of El Monterey bean and cheese burritos. Not bad at all in my opinion. It is vegan, so I wouldn't put much thought into the queso part.

Ahh. I understand now. I'm familiar with the nut-based vegan "cheese" products.

For early snack i have everyday pomegranate together with avokado with maybe some light masala powder or pepper powder , it tastes so good together a i believe in health benefits of those two and later in the afternoon i have celery together with grapes. Again it tastes really good together.

Then randomly i eat cucumber or boil brocoly. Those not every day, just ramdomly maybe twice a week
