From what I've heard traditional Chinese food sounds pretty bad. American Chinese is bitchin' though.

Almond Boneless Chicken, a Michigan Chinese dish, it's great. I can only have the sweet chicken dishes once in a while.

No it was more savoury / spicy. They use the local peppercorns in it. Babish’s version is quite similar, except they use chicken thigh instead.
