the way i do it is
1) fold the top and bottom
2) make a little fold in the top and bottom CORNERS of the left side
3) fold over the left side
4) repeat step 2 for the right side
5) repeat step 3 for the right side, but make sure it also goes over the left flap

i think that's 8 folds total. the hardest part is having a big enough tortilla
