Did you know that you're supposed to trim all the little white bits off your chicken breast before marinating and cooking? I didn't fucking know that. Why don't the butchers just do that for me since they're already hacking it up?

I also didn't know that you're supposed to rinse your rice before cooking.

yes you should trim the fatty and other gross looking bits off, that seems intuitive. Also with the rice thing, some rice requires washing but in my country atleast (america) unless you’re buying fresh rice or something you don’t need to wash it
