Too much of a bitch to clean honestly. They're great if you want to make really big batches of pasta that you put in the fridge or freezer and can be used across numerous meals, but I realized that I started making fresh pasta a lot more often when I stopped using those things because it's easier making one or two fresh pasta portions by hand without one of those things.
