Hey guys.

I wanted to make something for dinner. I was looking at what I had. Things like pre-cooked pierogis, frozen. loaf breads and cold cut processed meats like salamis. They're so full of additives and sadness. So I wanted to make something myself. I see potatoes, and they're solid food, so I'll use them.

I go to the internet looking for good potato recipes. Baked potato, etc. They're all so complex, so many steps and bloated instructions, random ingredients (paprika??) and took forever.

I decide to boil them :) Boil 2 small-medium gold potatoes. Put in 2 or 3 tbsp butter, some milk till it's kinda soupy. Add some flour if it's too thin maybe, and then salt and pepper? does that sound like it will be good? I'm still cooking them, they're boiling right now.

raw flour is a no-no, anon. you should've made your mashed potatoes without making them soupy. a splash of milk or cream is all you need.
