Normal cooking in water is sous vide in 100C stable temperature and universally yields the most throughout and even cooking. You literally can not fuck up cooking in water.

Yeah well you'd be surprised. I love soup. My wife has, on more than one occasion, messed up by burning, making it super bland, making slop, etc. After one too many unacceptable soups, she had to learn her lesson if you know what I mean. It got her to actually read about making soup and now her soups are great

sous vide mean it's in vacuum, retard. it has nothing to so with the actual precision cooking. cooking at boiling temp is stable but it's not the correct internal temperature for pretty much anything so applying the same method as precision cooking them you would fuck up every single time. even potatoes should cooked to 87-90C.
boiling is not precision cooking or sous vide
