If I am the one that cooks the chicken, I will eat the skin. I'm doing the work so I deserve it. This is the rule. If you wanted the skin, you should have offered to make it yourself, otherwise you have no right to complain. I will always do this. Pic related. I cooked it, and I ate it.

I agree with this and do similar. Like I eat the nice crusted cheese off the top of a lasagna. They still get the melted cheese down below, but I get the best part. Just how it is.
The wife used to complain no matter how much I explained. I told her she can have her pickings when she cooks, but she never did. She just kept complaining until I put a stop to that if you know what I mean. Not my fault she doesn't capitalize
