Would you rather eat a koi fish or a squirrel?
Your life will depend on it.

squirrel, eaten plenty in my time already

>> No.18811604

Squirrel but I'd eat either

>> No.18811617

kois are just carp, in a survival situation they'd have more fat and meat than a squirrel (probably idk). Only problem is most carp taste pretty muddy that's why Pollacks keep them in bathtubs.

>> No.18811621

squirrel. they're cuter so they must taste better.

Koi. Squirrels plant trees, koi don't do shit

>> No.18812144

Koi. The Japanese make delicious soups out of them. Though I'll admit, it's an acquired taste.

>> No.18812229

squirrel, I know for a fact they taste good.

>> No.18812237

I have eaten both squirrel and carp. Squirrel is much better. Carp is mushy and bland, kind of gritty too. Squirrel is a light meat with a mild nutty taste, a little like rabbit but less flavorful.

I'm sure I could eat either, especially if seasoned, but I'd probably prefer the taste of squirrel. I like fish, but carp type fish tend to be boney.

squirrel. would be ok with both i guess. eating a decades old fish that was bred for looks doesn't seem that fun tho, i rather eat a rat taht climbs and eats nuts

Best stew meat around, and take very little extra work to cube into bite sized chunks.

>> No.18816683

Squirrel is actually a sustenance food here, historically. It's usually made into a stew with gravy and vegetables. I've heard the taste is not really that great but it will keep you alive.
